High Level Domain Mapping
The High Level Domain Mapping project is set to undertake a synthesis study of education institutions’ high-level functions taking account of more detailed and process mapping activities which have been carried out to date, and present these findings to the JISC in order to inform the planning of future work in the area.
The Organisational Support committee onsiders the high-level mapping of educational business functions to be one of the foundation activities within its e-Framework and architectures theme, from which lessons can be learnt which will impact on future programme design decisions, and upon which some future work will be based.
