Terms of reference
- Evaluate responses to the advertisement for volunteer sites and for bids to carry out a technical study to ensure sites selected meet requirements
- Provide assistance as required to sites taking part in the study via the programme co-ordinator
- Monitor the progress of the study and provide input into the final recommendations, this may include attendance at the planned community workshop
