Scholarly Communications

This strand of work continues activities in the broad area of scholarly communications that were until 2010 overseen by the JISC Scholarly Communications Group. It includes early work recommended by the Open Access Implementation Group. Its aim is to provide reliable evidence on which policy makers can base their decisions (eg to increase OA or more effective management of IPR) and to identify and share good practice. A key agent in this work is the Research Information Strategy project at the University of Nottingham.
