A benefits model a number of benefits profiles have been produced which are being tracked during the programme lifecycle as a way to measure and evaluate the impact and benefit. The focus includes both benefits to the participating institutions (i.e. the programme is the sum of the projects within it) and benefits to a wider set of institutions (i.e. programme is more than the sum of its projects). A formative judgment on VFM is also within project scope.
