Opening keynote: Innovation, innovation, innovation presented by Dr Sue Black. Sue is a senior research associate in the software systems engineering group in the Department of Computer Science at University College London and a senior consultant with Cornerstone Global Associates. Sue has received many awards for her work which includes campaigning for equality, and more support, for women in tech, campaigning to save Bletchley Park and setting up The <goto> Foundation, a non profit organisation which aims to make computer science more meaningful to the public. This session will be facilitated by Sarah Porter (JISC).

Mid-week keynote: New for 2012, the mid-week keynote The levers of change will be presented by James Clay. James has been ILT and learning resources manager at Gloucestershire College since November 2006. James is responsible for the virtual learning environment, the use of learning technologies, e-learning, the libraries, digital and online resources and the strategic direction of the college in relation to the use of learning technologies. James was ALT Learning Technologist of the Year 2009 for his contribution to changing the college, which has become a leader and an exemplar in its use of learning technologies. This session will be facilitated by Heather Price (JISC).
