Supporting learners: Projects from the HE in FE programme will be discussing their work: WALES (PDF): Work-based Access to Learning through E-Services:This project is exploring the use of social software and mobile technologies to support learners in the workplace on an online foundation degree. More detail about the project can be found at the MobiGlam website and the Work in Progress Wiki page. Available is the version of MobiGlam that the project is using. Prof. Tony Toole, University of Glamorgan KASTANET (Word): Kingston Access to Science Teaching Across New and Emerging Technologies: This project is exploring the use of mobile technologies and social software to support e-administration, content delivery, collaboration and assessment on a Science Degree Foundation programme.
