This meeting will enable sharing of information and progress between design for learning projects. The meeting will also be attended by members of  the JISC Programme Team, the Cetis Support Project and Glenaffric, as programme evaluators.

Welcome and introductions

Session 1: Project Updates (60 mins) – What’s working, what’s stuck, what next. Each project will have 5 minutes (3 slides maximum to be loaded in advance) to state what is working well in their project (re designs for learning), what (if anything) is stuck and causing problems and what they are planning to do the next 6 months.

Session 2: Common Issues – a problem shared (60 mins) – Splitting into 2 groups to have further discussion on any issues arising from the project updates, looking for common issues across the programme.  Plenary and feedback 9:30 day 2.

Session 5: Group activity (60min) – Group activities to map emerging issues to the evaluation framework, collate common issues and relate these to other projects and the bigger picture.

Session 6: Sharing Learning Designs (1.5hrs + plenary) – CETIS Support Project Activity: This session will look at sharing learning designs. Projects are requested to bring along your Learning Designs (or upload in advance to the support wiki).  Demonstration of OpenDoc system to facilitate the sharing of learning designs
