Evaluation workshop

Location Aston Business School, Birmingham
This workshop will be an opportunity for projects to discuss and reflect on their evaluation plans and implemention, whatever stage of the process they are currently at. Projects will be asked to bring along their existing evaluation planning documents and any tools they are drafting or have used to gather evidence. Attendees at the workshop would ideally be member of the project team who has been involved in the evaluation planning.
Objectives
After this workshop attendees will have:
- Gained an understanding of some effective techniques for the evaluation of e-learning projects
- Gained an understanding of how their evaluation plans fit within the wider evaluation of the JISC e-Learning programme
- Discussed plans, approaches and challenges with other projects
- Gained practical tips and advice to help them further develop and implement their evaluation plans
Programme
The sessions will be led and facilitated by Jane and Veronica of Glenaffric Ltd, and by Helen Beetham, and will largely proceed through group activities and discussion.
