Programme support
JISC provide support to all projects funded as part of the e-Learning programme. This support is usually offered through individual support projects around each programme, and through Programme Managers, through programme meetings and events, through JISC-CETIS, or by consultants working with the programme.
The kinds of support offered can range from technical advice on particular issues of interest to a small number of projects, to support on broader issues of more general interest such as project evaluation and project management.
See details of the support events held for previous programmes of activity funded under the e-Learning Capital programme.
Programme events
The 4 main programmes in the e-Learning Programme running from 2008 onwards are the Lifelong Learning and Workforce Development Programme, Institutional Approaches to Curriculum Design, Transforming Curriculum Delivery Through Technology, and Open Educational Resources. Each of these programmes have their own support projects responsible for organising support events (with Curriculum Design and Delivery having a joint support project). The dates of the main programme events are provided below.

Elluminate Live Good Practice Guide
The JISC e-Learning Programme makes use of Elluminate Live for project support, meetings and also as part of our annual online conference, Innovating e-Learning. The e-Learning Programme recently commissioned Peter Chatterton to produce a good practice guide on the use of Elluminate Live, Designing for Participant Engagement with Elluminate Live: A good practice guide to using Elluminate Live to support teaching, learning and assessment, co-operative working and conferences.
