JISC e-Learning Embedding Benefits Programme
The JISC is supporting previous projects funded through the e-learning programme to undertake activities to embed the outputs and outcomes from their successful project(s) into institutions in higher and further education and the skills sector (Work-based Learning, Adult and Community Learning, Specialist Colleges, Further Education Colleges and Offender Learning).

Embedding activities are described as:

Packaging: activities that will enhance the readiness of the knowledge and experience as well as the outputs from a project (or projects) (i.e. resources, materials, tools, etc.) for take-up and use by other institutions.

Capacity Building: activities will raise awareness and share knowledge at practitioner, technical support and managerial levels so that more people are able to undertake similar endeavours.

Take-up Pilots: activities that will engage more institutions in successfully using the outputs/outcomes from projects.
In total 42 proposals were received from 37 projects, and of these 27 proposals were funded.
