Course Data Stage 2 University of Central Lancashire Managing Your Course Data

The aim of this project is to develop effective systems (both technical and non-technical) for managing course related data; thereby, responding to increased internal and external demand whilst promoting efficiency in internal processes.

Based on the self-assessment framework, completed in phase 1, this project will review and develop business processes and policies to implement a common standard, XCRI-CAP for presenting course marketing data.  This project will consider the options available and develop a fully functional technical solution for course data management.  The project will identify and implement the required changes to our current systems to address the course data requirements for XCRI-Cap and other national initiatives such as KIS and HEAR.  The project will adopt an Enterprise Architecture approach to ensure the processes and system developed are effective, efficient and business led.
