Programme meeting

Introduction
This programme meeting brought together the projects on the Framework and Tools and Distributed e-Learning programmes and was made up of plenary, parallel and strand-specific sessions designed to enable projects to gain an overview of existing and planned pilot, demonstrator and technical development work across the two strands. Projects from the following funding rounds were invited to attend:
- Framework and Tools: ELF toolkits round 2
- Framework and Tools: ELF demonstrators round 1
- Distributed e-Learning: ELF reference models
- Distributed e-Learning: e-learning tools phase 1
- Distributed e-Learning: regional pilot projects
