Evaluation of the JISC Digitisation Programme - Phase Two (2007-2009)
The evaluation of phase two of the Digitisation programme was carried out by Glenaffric Ltd. The programme evaluation was conducted in collaboration with all 16 digitisation projects and in coordination with the projects' own evaluation activities.
The programme evaulation focused on 5 key areas:
- Content creation
- Adoption of standards - technical and processes
- Innovation in sustainability and business models
- Resource discovery, personalisation and contextualisation for the use and re-use of the new e-resources
- Capacity building
