Repositories and curation shared services  Shared services that support the deposit, management, sharing and use of open access research outputs  Improved protocols for deposit and transfer of materials between repositories.
Better repository systems.

Research information management  Shared services, and contributions to global infrastructure, for better description of key entities such as researcher names, organisation names, and grants.  Widespread implementation of interoperable systems and improved information management practices within institutions, funders, etc.  A greater understanding of the costs, benefits and practicalities of interoperability
