Work package

Exemplars in Efficient SME Engagement Through ICT

Institutions, though encouraged and given incentives by Government and funding councils to do so for many years, struggle to find resource efficient and cost-effective ways of engaging with SMEs which are genuinely mutually beneficial and where the reward matches the effort. This work package will deliver good practice and published exemplars for institutions in SME engagement through enhanced processes and use of technology, in order to:

  • enhance the institutional offer to SMEs
  • provide enhanced mutual benefit to SMEs and institutions
