Overview

Project CRM4UNI is a JISC funded project that is being led by Birkbeck College, University of London. The project is creating customised SugarCRM tools and advice for use by Higher Education institutions.

Aims and objectives

To create a framework for managing relationships with other organisations that allows each HE or FE institution to model its own business processes onto an open standard CRM system which would in turn yield analytic data for the purpose of creating a customised workforce development offering.

Project methodology

Using an agile prototype process based on the specific user needs of the Business Relations Unit at Birkbeck College the tools and best practice will be derived for creation of the analytics tool and best practice guides.

  • Best-practice guide on BCE Framework for adapting institutional processes for effective use of a CRM
  • Prototype CRM analytics tool for delivering customised workforce provision
