Role
Steve is senior adviser at JISC Infonet. Well-known in the records and information management arena, Steve heads up a varied portfolio of work in this area, as well as leading a major initiative on institutional strategy.
He was previously a Director of the Records Management Society (2002-03) and was a member of the Department for Education & Skills FOI Sector Group and Ministry of Justice’s Information Rights User Group (now disbanded). In 2010 Steve was invited by the US government’s Accountability Office to be part of an expert panel reviewing the work of the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA).
Steve is currently a member of a number of working groups including:
- National Archive’s s.46 Code of Practice working group (2009-)
- Editorial Advisory Board for the Records Management Journal (2009-)
