I have 14 years experience of working in Higher Education. My current portfolio includes the 'Strategic Management of Institutions', 'Staff Roles, Skills and Responsibilities' and 'Relationship Management' areas under the Jisc Organisational Support Committee. I represent Jisc on various fora including HEFCE, HESA, LFHE, UCISA, SROC, ARC, University Planners, AMOSSHE, Vitae, SEDA, SDF, HEA and others related to my portfolio. I maintain an ongoing interest in Leadership Governance and Management, Organisational Development, Action Learning, Enterprise Architectures, Technologies and Standards and have a background in e-Learning, Information Management and Chemistry.
