Role
Ben is one of Jisc’s programme managers in the digital infrastructure team working on the Library Management Systems programme. This programme of work is currently engaging with areas including: open source software, user experience and usability as well as broader areas of library infrastructure and institutional systems. He is also responsible for work with the PALS metadata group and a usability programme to help embed usability within higher education organisations.
Ben also has experience of managing digitisation and impact programmes due to his previous role as programme manager with eContent.
