About

This free webinar, run in partnership with LSIS, considers how to create and deliver campaigns in organisations to encourage changes in beliefs, behaviour, culture and organisational systems.

The example used is a sustainability campaign, but the methodology can be applied to other topics too. The webinar draws on insights from the psychology of how change actually happens within and between people.

These insights are used to help frame key messages and ways to deliver them to have high impacts on audiences.

Learning outcomes

The webinar will focus on the following aspects of managing campaigns:

  • Clarifying the purpose
  • Identifying and profiling the audience
  • Specifying the aimed-for changes
  • Forming a strategy
  • Framing key messages
  • Designing activities/events/resources
  • Considering how changes can be sustained
  • Evaluating impact

Who should attend

This webinar will be suitable for staff managing campaigns in all sectors.

It will be of particular relevance to:

  • marketing
  • student services
  • learner support
  • those responsible for achieving behavioural and cultural change through targeted campaigns
