Members
As a company limited by guarantee we have three members. They represent our communities and act as our guarantors.
Association of Colleges (AoC)
GuildHE
Universities UK (UUK)
Our guarantors are all the same class of member. Each has one vote on resolutions proposed to members, which can be passed by a simple majority vote.
Our guarantors appoint one person to the board and act collectively to appoint the chair.
Each guarantor also sits on the funders and owners group which provides advice to our trustees and leadership team.
