The JISC wishes to commission a synthesis and analysis of the JISC and National Science Foundation (NSF) International Digital Library Initiative Projects (DLI). The study should mainly be concerned with the UK project activity. The overall intention of the study is to provide information on the major findings and benefits derived from the projects including an assessment of their achievements against the projects and programmes original objectives. The contract will run from the beginning of July 2003 - beginning October 2003 (3 months) at a cost of up to £10,000 inclusive of VAT and expenses. The deadline for submission of full proposals is 12 noon on Wednesday 28th May 2003.
