COUNTER (Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources) is a multi-agency project whose objective is to develop a single, internationally accepted, extendible Code of Practice that will allow the usage of online information products and services to be measured more consistently.
Digital Curation Centre call withdrawn
Because of changes to the timescales and some additions to the call requirements for the Digital Curation Centre, Jisc Circular 6/03, which invites calls from institutions wishing to host the Centre is being withdrawn. A revised call will be issued as soon as possible in July.

Jisc is seeking to fund a study to investigate the provision of access to on-line resources and other student services for students studying higher education (HE) courses within further education (FE) institutions and further education courses within higher education institutions.
Invitation to tender: Human-Computer Interaction Design and Visualisation Foundation Studies
The Jisc wishes to commission two separate studies in the area of human-computer interaction design and visualisation. The two studies are: Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) design foundation study; and a Visualisation foundation study. Proposals can be made for either one or both studies.
