Project plan (Word) Submit within 1 month of start date
Work packages (Word) Submit within 1 month of start date
Financial Report (Excel) Submit within 1 month of start date

Progress report - Brief (Word) Default 2 per year; schedule with Programme Manager

Technical and supporting documentation

Final report (Word) Draft version 1 month before end date; final version at end date
Project closure survey Issued by Programme Manager at end of project

The table indicates default templates and submission timing. The Programme Manager may customise the templates or submission timing for your project (i.e. by adding topics specific to your programme not covered by the templates or allowing additional time to submit the project plan where appropriate).

Use the default templates and submission timing unless instructed otherwise by the Programme Manager. If you have any problems, contact the programme manager as they can help and agree alternative schedules where appropriate.
