The JISC invites suitably qualified individuals or organisations to undertake an analysis of the most appropriate new business and governance model for JISC as a separate legal entity, based on the recommendations of a recent independent Review of JISC (the Wilson Review), which was commissioned by HEFCE.

The aims of the study are:
  • To provide an options analysis for different business and governance models for a new JISC
  • To provide an options analysis of different internal support structures needed to support each of the governance and business models
