ITT: JOS Work Programme Evaluation Support

The JISC Organisational Support (JOS) committee aims to expand the knowledge, effectiveness and change capabilities of Further and Higher Education institutions, and their capacity for external engagement, by providing world class support to their organisational management, business processes, information systems and the individuals themselves that work and study within them.

The JISC invites tenders to conduct an evaluation of the JOS work programme covering the period 2007-08 Academic Year to 2009-10 Academic Year.

The aims of the evaluation are to provide formative and summative evaluation support to the JOS work programme, providing in-depth evaluation analysis of both the programme’s institutional focus and rolling approach, and its projects’ outputs (conducting some independent work and as well as collating evaluation and synthesis material collected by individual projects at ’sub-programme’ level).

Total funding of £80,000 (including VAT, travel and subsistence) is available for this project.

The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on 24 November 2008
