ITT: Establishing an Evaluation Framework for the BCE Programme

JISC invites tenders for work to deliver a cohesive evaluation framework to shape the management and implementation of the evaluation of its BCE programme. The framework will include the following:

  • Recommended approach for the provision of formative and summative evaluation;
  • Development of high level and subsidiary evaluation questions;
  • The establishment of baselines, change and evaluation criteria for measurement of progress;
  • Appropriateness methods to be deployed;
  • An implementation plan
  • An impact analysis on appropriate outputs.

It is expected that work will start around 3 November 2008 and be completed by 31 January 2009. Total funding of £40,000 is available for this project.

The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on 1 October 2008
