ITT: Strategic Content Alliance: Audience Analysis and Modelling
JISC, on behalf of the Stratetic Content Alliance (SCA), invites tenders to conduct a review of Audience Analysis and Modelling for e-content across the public sectors represented by the SCA.
The main deliverable will be exemplars of best practice in analysing audiences. These are unlikely to be organisational exemplars; they are more likely to be examples of practice within a particular area or an organisation or even for a particular project at an organisation. Bidders should assess where audience analysis is assisting in meeting the needs and expectations of their audiences in a fast changing environment.
Funding of between £30,000 and £40,000, including expenses and VAT, is available for this piece of work over a three month period starting as soon as possible but no later than the end of July 2008.
The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on Friday 4 July 2008 and the review is to be completed by the 31 October 2008.
