This ITT invites tender proposals for a single project to support those projects which, as a result of reviews currently underway, are considered suitable candidates for transformation into services to develop plans for service implementation. The services under consideration are:

· GeoCrossWalk

· High-Level Thesaurus Project (HILT)

· Information Environment Service Registry (IESR)

· CiteBase

Funding of up to £40,000 (inclusive of VAT and travel and subsistence) is available. The deadline for proposals is 12noon Friday 14^th March 2008. The project should run from 20^th March 2008 to 31^st May 2008 with the development of plans completed by 30^th April 2008 and any remaining work on advising JISC completed by 31^st May 2008.
