JISC ITT: Delivery of a programme of training for projects for Start Up and Enhancement
JISC invites proposals to prepare and deliver a programme of training for projects funded under the Start Up and Enhancement (SUE) strand of the JISC Repositories and Preservation Programme.
The JISC Executive has gathered some training requirements from the project staff in the SUE strand. The successful bidder will be expected to follow up on this initial requirements gathering and to design, organise, deliver and evaluate a programme of events to satisfy the requirements. The successful bidder will also be expected to prepare a final report on the programme which will include successes, failures, lessons learned and future recommendations.
Funding of up to £70,000 (inclusive of VAT and related travel and subsistence) is available for the project. The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on Friday 22nd February 2008. It is expected that the project will be undertaken over a 12 month period. The work must be complete and the final report be accepted by 31st March 2009.
