JISC and the National Endowment for Humanities (NEH) invites institutions to submit funding proposals for digitisation projects in the humanities. Funding is available for projects starting from April 2008 for up to 12 months. All projects must be completed by the end of March 2009.

Circular 03/07: JISC/NEH transatlantic digitisation collaboration grants

JISC Circular 3/07 invites institutions to submit funding proposals for JISC/NEH Transatlantic Digitisation Collaboration Grants. Funding is available to support digitisation projects in the humanities in the following areas:

  • New digitisation projects and pilot projects
  • Addition of important material to existing digitisation projects
  • Development of infrastructure to support US-English digitisation work

Proposals may be submitted by HE institutions funded via HEFCE and by FE institutions in England that teach HE to more than 400 FTEs.

Funding is available for projects starting from April 2008 for up to 12 months. All projects must be complete by the end of March 2009.
