JISC invites proposals for a study to investigate the feasibility of, and to scope the requirements for, a machine and human readable registry of archived electronic journals.

Funding of up to £30,000 (including VAT and expenses) is available for the study. It is anticipated that the study will be undertaken over a period of 5 months.
