ITT: Study of Customer Relationship Management issues in UK HE institutions

This Invitation to Tender invites proposals to undertake a study of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system usage and related issues across the UK Higher Education (HE) sector, with reference to examples from the FE sector, and present these findings to the JISC to inform decisions on future areas of work. The outputs of this work will inform JISC's programme in support of Business and Community Engagement (BCE).

The contractor is required to produce a detailed report presenting the findings of the work and any accompanying recommendations.

Total funding of up to £50,000 including VAT, travel and subsistence, and is available for this study.

It is anticipated that a decision will be announced by Monday 21 May 2007.
