JISC

JISC is calling for proposals to develop and maintain the JISC Programme Information Management System (PIMS). It is preferred that proposals are based on a prototype development approach to ensure the requirements specification translates into a systems that is fit for purpose. Proposals should address how the future integration of PIMS with the JISC website will be achieved - this will take place during the second phase of development in early 2008. Proposals must provide options for the hosting and maintenance of PIMS.

Interviews with short-listed bidders will take place during the week commencing 21 May 2007. The anticipated start date of the project is June 2007, with the intention of launching version 1 of PIMS (which should be stable enough to populate) in October 2007. The second phase of development will begin in early 2008.
