This call invites proposals from institutions forthe provision of an Educational Technology and Interoperability Standards and Specifications Service for UK Further and Higher Education. JISC has a duty to review its requirements for the services it funds, ensure it is getting value for money for its community and from time to time has to re-tender. The grant to the current service provider ends on 31 July 2006 hence this circular. The service should start on 1 August 2006.
