JISC ITT: Tender for participants in a Framework Agreement to deliver consultancy
JISC invites tenders from a wide range of participants with the appropriate skills, experience and expertise to form part of a Framework Agreement to carry out specific tasks within the e-Framework programme.
The tasks may include the analysis of current technology developments and user requirements particularly in the context of education, research and administration systems and a service oriented approach; developing the policies and procedures needed to support the delivery of an international development initiative; and defining and delivering evaluation, consultation and dissemination strategies.
It is expected that there will be in the region of 10 - 30 pieces of work offered under this agreement requiring different time commitments.
Bids to this Invitation to Tender will be evaluated by a panel of experts from the educational community and the successful consultant(s) invited to join the Framework Agreement for its duration. When a specific piece of work is identified, those participants in the agreement that JISC deems to be suitable for the particular specification will be invited to tender for it. Quotations will be assessed and the contract awarded.
This Framework Agreement will be in place from January 2006 to July 2007. The total value of all contracts issued under this agreement will not exceed £100,000.
