JISC ITT: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Rights Management

This invitation to tender invites proposals to develop and lead on a plan of work that supports JISC and its development programmes in the area of IPR and rights management. Activities will also help to resolve and clarify related issues for the further and higher education community in their use and implementation of information communications technology (ICT).

The work should commence on Monday 3 October 2005 for an envisaged two year period, subject to a mid-term review.
