This document invites tender proposals to undertake a formative evaluation of the JISC’s digitisation programme. The evaluation is expected to provide support to projects in the Digitisation programme in the development of their project-level evaluation strategies; assist the JISC in assessing the effectiveness of project-level evaluation and assess what programme level activity might best assist project evaluation effectiveness.
