Supporting Further Education: Development of FE Collections exemplars
JISC invites proposals to develop web/CD-ROM delivered FE specific support materials highlighting the JISC Collections to specific FE subject areas.
The possibility of granular use of JISC Collections is not always readily apparent to the FE practitioner, who often requires ‘out of the box’ functionality closely linked to the curriculum syllabus. In order to modify this perception and inform the FE community on the usefulness of JISC collections in enhancing curriculum delivery, the JISC would like to invite tenders for the development of Web /CD-ROM delivered, FE specific support materials, highlighting the JISC Collections to specific FE subject areas. The aim of the Exemplars is to demonstrate and inspire use of JISC collections, but not to create materials outside the scope of resources available to most practitioners. See more information on JISC Collections.
Funding of up to £100,000 (plus VAT) is available for this work.
