The JISC seeks to appoint an evaluator(s) to manage and co-ordinate the formative evaluation of the eLearning Programme. The overall aim of the evaluation is to ensure that the e-Learning Programme and its strands result in outcomes with clear benefits for the FE/HE communities and is value for money. The successful bidder will be expected to commence work no later than 20 September 2004.
