Review & mapping of a defined set of e-learning development activity

JISC is seeking to commission a study to inform the Technical Frameworks and Tools programme. The main aim of this programme is to:

‘Develop and evaluate a framework to facilitate interoperability across learning, teaching, research and their supporting systems.’

The purpose of the proposed study is to collate, analyse, and map (where appropriate or possible) a defined set of relevant e-learning technology development activity to the e-Learning technical framework

The aim of this study is to better understand the relevant development activity that is already in place and to identify areas of commonality and gaps to inform future development activity and provide background information and reference material.

Up to £30,000 (including VAT and expenses) is available for this study over a 3 month period (May 04 - July 04).
