Summary

1. This invitation to tender invites bids to undertake a technical review of the JISC Linking Digital Libraries and VLEs programme. The funding available for this work is up to 10,000 including all costs and disbursements (e.g. tax, VAT, National Insurance, travel and subsistence etc.)

2. The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on Friday 21st November 2003. The JISC will endeavour to notify bidders of the outcome of the review process by 19th December 2003. Submission of the final report will be expected within 6 months of contract. Preference will be given to proposals that can demonstrate an earlier delivery date.
