Invitation To Tender: Study into licensing of third party audio content at the British Library Sound Archive
This invitation to tender invites proposals for a study to investigate and report on risks arising from third party licensing of audio material held at the British Library Sound Archive (BLSA) for on-line delivery to the further and higher education community.
Funding of up to £7,500 plus VAT, if applicable, is available for the study. The deadline for submitting proposals is 12 noon on Monday 1st September 2003. The target start date for the study is 29th September 2003 and the successful contractor will be expected to deliver a final report by 27th October 2003.
