About

JISC is pleased to be attending the AoC Digital Marketing & Engagement conference – come along and hear from our experts about some key technologies that will help you effectively attract and recruit learners.

Expert session

Effective management and presentation of course-related information is crucial to colleges’ ability to attract students. Jisc is running a programme to embed a course standard. The XCRI-CAP (eXchanging Course Related Information – Course Advertising Profile) standard can help you present and share your course-related information in an accessible, accurate and consistent way. Implementing XCRI-CAP will also bring significant internal benefits, helping you streamline your information management processes and improve communication between academic departments, marketing and web teams.

Demonstration: 11.30 – 12.00 & 14.45 – 15.15

Come and speak to some of our experts from the Jisc Regional Support Centres for a demonstration of how to use Augmented Reality in your marketing campaigns as well as various proximity marketing solutions, including, Quick Response Codes, Near Field Communications, Bluetooth and the creative use of re-direct sites.

Who should attend

The programme has been specifically designed for middle and senior management working within College marketing and communications.
