Session Overview

The role of the change manager in an Institution is often overlooked.  The first part of this session will explore the importance of the role, how change agents within the institution can be identified and what it takes to be an effective change manager.

The second part of the session will comprise a real life example from the University of Derby where the students became the change agents during the rollout of the DERBI project  Sue Morrison and Jean Mutton will talk through the service design techniques and tools they used, how these can be applied across other areas within institutions and provide valuable insights into their successes and challenges.

There will be plenty of time for questions, thoughts and ideas in the third and final part.
