Pitfalls and processes to adopting Customer Relationship Management
This demo will put forward some of the findings from the JISC Relationship Management Support and Synthesis project and will cover issues relating to the adoption of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems by HE institutions. The pitfalls and processes will be described, alongside examples from some of the Relationship Management pilot projects. |

Visualising China – Cross-searching photographs from British collections in a web 2.0 context
The Visualising China project is enhancing a large, growing collection of historical photographs of China, building on sophisticated information visualisation, Web 2.0 software from the JISC STARS project. Functionality includes image annotation, cross-searching and integration with related content from Google Scholar, Google Books and Google Images amongst other valuable third party resources. |
