Abstract

This workshop will focus on open content: exploring open content activity world-wide, reviewing JISC’s previous work in the area, and setting the scene for the new JISC/Higher Education Academy Open Educational Resources (OER) initiative.

It will attempt, via a panel discussion involving international guests, to provide a forum for a full discussion of the aims of the new programme and the viability of OER more widely.
