As You Like Identity

Abstract

Shakespeare was never more astute than on the fickle nature of identity. The many parts played by us all are now performed not only in a public forum, but also on an ever increasing 2.0 stage, whether that be in academic, social or professional life. This session will critically examine some of the parts we play in a new technological paradigm, discussing at length the issues of identity and persona.

During the session it is intended to expose delegates to examples of good and bad practice, and give delegates a practical opportunity to evaluate identities in an academic context.
