Networking Opportunities & Planning your Day - Conference 09
Meeting Service
The JISC Conference consistently offers great networking opportunities, but we realise that, due to the number of attendees and tightly packed programme, it's not always easy to network effectively on the day.
This year, we're introducing the Day Planner and Meeting Service. From Monday 9 March you can find colleagues and peers attending the JISC Conference 2009 and arrange meetings with them in a dedicated networking area, at a mutually convenient time during the day. This secure online networking service allows you to enter your personal profile so other registered delegates can find you and arrange to meet up.
You can also book meetings with exhibitors on their stands.

Day Planner & Meeting Service
How to get started
- Login to the Day Planner and Meeting Service using your email address and the password you chose when registering for the Conference (there is an option to find out your password if you've forgotten it)
- Choose Profile from the left menu, to enter your personal profle so other delegates can find you
- From Monday 9 March, choose Request meeting from the left menu to invite a delegate to meet with you.
Day Planner
The Day Planner and Meeting Service also helps you to plan your day through your personal event page. Here you can email or print your itinerary for the day with all the sessions you've signed up to attend. You can also change your choice of sessions.

How to get started
- Login to the Day Planner and Meeting Service using your email address and the password you chose when registering for the Conference (there is an option to find out your password if you've forgotten it)
- Choose My Event from the left menu to email or print your itinerary
- Choose Choose Sessions from the left menu to change your chosen sessions. Here, you can also submit questions or comments to the conference session leaders online in advance of the conference
