This is one of a series of workshops organised by the JISC funded Suste-IT project. The workshop will explore issues around energy efficient configuration, cooling and power supply in data centres and includes a tour of Cardiff University's facilities followed by a Q&A session.

Aims of the workshop
- Highlight the importance of collaboration between ICT departments and other departments within further and higher education institutions with an emphasis on estates and finance
- Foster a community of interest across these department around sustainability and green issues in particular
- Work with key target member organisations
